Live in a real service drive
Service Advisor Battle Royale
Turn upsell close rate into a live, scored competition between teams of advisors. Customized for your dealer group and white-labeled with your own branding. The store funds the prizes. The board keeps everyone asking.

White-label ready
Your dealer group. Your brand. Your program.
Customize it to fit your dealer group, then white-label it with your own name, logo and colors so advisors see your brand, not ours.
Customized to your group
Menu, spiffs, pot values, games, bonuses, pot splits and weekend schedules are all yours to set, store by store or shared across a group.
White-labeled
Run it under your dealer group's name, logo and colors. It looks and feels like your own program.
One system, every rooftop
Each store keeps its own rules. The group keeps one consistent experience.
Why close rate moves
“Where attention goes, energy flows.”
The timeless adage applies to your service drive. Put close rate on a live board where everyone can see it, and attention follows. Advisors get a reason to ask on every RO, live, instead of on a pay stub two weeks later.
And when the GM or owner can see it too and tell someone “good job today,” the impact is massive.
The idea
One RO becomes one live event.
Nothing here is manual data entry beyond the one sale the advisor already has to log.
Log the sale
Item and RO number, from the home screen, the second it happens.
Token minted
Every logged item earns at least one play token, instantly.
Board moves
Spend it on today's featured game. Scores move the board and the podium.
Pot grows
Sales and store goals feed today's pot.
Daily sheet
Advisors print their day. Managers get the numbers.
Nothing replaces the normal RO process. Advisors are simply also logging it here so it counts toward the board.
For advisors
Spend a token. Play something real.
15+ games, from head-to-head classics to solo score attacks, with one featured game unlocked each day.
Head-to-head
Connect Four, Checkers, Battleship, Blackjack and more, against the computer or another advisor.
Solo score attack
Darts, Archery, Maze Muncher, Brick Buster and more. Chase your own best and the top of the podium.
One game a day
Only today's featured game is unlocked, and it wears a "Today" badge. Managers pick it, or set a standing game for weekends.
Bonuses
Bonuses that move the whole store.
Managers build any bonus in a minute. Wins post to chat the moment they happen.
First to claim
An advisor or team hits the goal first and wins the prize. Race to a number of one service in a day.
Everyone wins
Store-wide goals add to the shared pot when the whole shop gets there: a record day, or every advisor on the board.
Live progress
A progress bar shows how close the store is, so the room can rally.
Run a bonus for one day, every day through a date, or daily until someone wins.
Spiffs, pot and payouts
You set the money. You pay the money.
We don't pay anyone. The store does.
The app only calculates who earned what. The dealership funds every dollar and pays it through its own payroll.
Spiff to the advisor
per item, on every sale
Added to the pot
per item, shared by the day's split
Two dials per service
Spiff and pot value are set separately for every item on your menu. Any amount, including zero.
Money where you want it
Want to push alignments? Raise them. Want a light touch on a small item? Keep it small.
Your menu, your call
Turn services on or off and change amounts any time. A sale keeps the amounts in force when it was logged.
| Pot split | How it works |
|---|---|
| Winning team, even | The pot is split equally among the winning team's sellers. |
| Winning team, performance | The winning team's pot is split by each member's own contribution. |
| Keep what you kill | No teams. You keep exactly what you personally sold. |
| Top three | The day's top three contributors split the pot. |
Store-wide bonus dollars go into the pot too. Every dollar in it is one the store chose to put there.
For managers
Everything advisors see, you configure.
A morning routine that takes minutes: confirm hours, pick the featured game, check bonuses, glance at yesterday.
A manager's changes are scoped to their own store. Roles follow clear rank rules, and every change is logged.
Set Saturday once
Hours, game, pot split and team count for every weekend day, as a standing rule. A date scheduled ahead overrides it.
From the board to payroll
The Pay Report gives one row per advisor for any date range: items, spiffs, pot share, bonuses and total. Print it or download the CSV.
Never pay a day twice
An overlapping range names who already ran it and asks you to confirm. A mistaken run is canceled with a reason, never deleted.
Real results
In its first weeks, one store sold ten times what it paid out.
Labor and parts sold, against every dollar paid in spiffs, pot and bonuses.
return on every dollar paid out, across the whole stretch.
return on every single selling day. No day fell below it.
of labor dollars came from just three services.
One live store, first two weeks. Figures are rounded and revenue is estimated from the prices set on each menu item. Calculated figures only. No money is moved by the app.
Trust
Built for payroll to trust.
No money movement
It calculates and reports. It never pays.
Store-hours locking
In that store's own timezone.
Audit trail
On voided sales, pay runs and role changes. Nothing in the log is ever deleted.
Role separation
Role changes follow rank rules and are logged.
Snapshotted pricing
A later price change never rewrites history.
Penalties, not terminations
A separate, softer track from HR.
More items sold in 90 days, or your monthly fees back.
Pick the menu items you want to grow, like air filters, cabin filters, alignments and transmission services. We measure against your own DMS numbers. If you aren't selling more of them in 90 days, you can cancel and get your monthly fees back. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, and the full terms are in your agreement.
